Batman Forever Synopsis :

Gotham City hjemsøges af to skurke. Den ene er Two-face. Han har fået sit ansigt ødelagt af syre og har svoret hævn over Batman. Den anden skurk er den gale videnskabsmand Edward Nygma - kaldet Gækkeren. Han har opfundet en boks, der kan sende tv-signaler direkte ind i folks hjerner. De to allierer sig for at bekæmpe Batman. Men heldigvis får han hjælp fra den forældreløse luftakrobat Robin. Samtidig plages Batmans alter ego Bruce Wayne af personlige problemer og smertefulde minder. For at få hjælp opsøger han den smukke psykolog dr. Chase Meridian.
